Hi everyone I use Chopper and Chops as my nicknames on both Phazenet and Dalnet.
I have been a Mirc user since 1995. Back then the only thing you could get in the way of music was Midi's. Then came those huge wav files, and being on dial up made it even worse. BTW most connections back then were around 14,400 can you imagine getting a wav at that speed? So Midi's were the thing... :o)

I came into Ircwavplayers one day back in 1999 and thought to myself this is really a neat channel. It was a place where people helped people setup their Mirc's for playing wav's and mp3's. I really enjoyed the people in the channel, so I decided to make it my second home. Not to long after being there, I was asked to train for Op's, I said sure I think it would be neat. Well while I was in training I always signed off Mirc with the saying, Be good, Be nice. After a couple times of getting on and off Mirc, one of the Op's asked me if I was a minister or pastor. Well here's the the answer to that question!!!!!       Is the Pope a girl ?????

Really folks Ircwavplayers is #1 in my book.
